Information processed
RoLive may process:
- Discord user, server, channel and role IDs.
- Usernames, display names, avatars and permissions.
- Connected Roblox IDs and public Roblox information.
- Counters, portfolios, collections and server settings.
- Verification status and temporary challenges.
- Command usage, audit events, sanitized errors and rate limits.
- Credits, redemptions and affiliate activity.
- Authorized revenue files and derived reports.
RoLive never requests passwords, browser cookies, session tokens or two-factor authentication codes.
How information is used
Information is used to operate commands, update counters, provide analytics, verify Roblox accounts, apply roles, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
RoLive does not sell Discord data or private user information.
Public and private information
Public Roblox information may be shown when a user intentionally requests a public response. This can include public profiles, experiences, communities, UGC and Roblox presence.
Private server settings, verification records, revenue files, credit history, security records and private command results remain restricted to authorized users and RoLive operators.
RoLive may display aggregated totals such as tracked games, CCU, visits and community members. These totals do not identify users, Discord servers or private portfolios. Private revenue and verification information is never included.
Verification and revenue files
Verification uses a temporary code placed in a public Roblox profile description. It does not provide RoLive access to the Roblox account.
Authorized revenue files are processed only to create requested reports. They are not included in public commands, statuses or leaderboards.
Retention and security
Information is retained only while reasonably necessary to provide features, maintain security and prevent abuse. Temporary challenges expire automatically. Eligible deletion requests may be submitted through RoLive Support.
RoLive uses permission checks, private responses, signed controls, validation, rate limits and sanitized logging. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Third-party services
RoLive relies on Discord, Roblox and infrastructure providers. Their availability and separate policies may affect the service.
RoLive does not bypass Roblox or Discord privacy settings.
